Wickham Road Melbourne, FL 32935. * Congressman Posey will deliver Celebrating Freedom speech at 11:00 AM. 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM, City of Cocoa Annual 4th of July Celebration Riverfront Park, 401 Riversedge Boulevard, Cocoa, FL 32922. * Congressman Posey will deliver a welcome and "Celebrating Freedom" speech at 7:50 PM.
