Congressman Posey is a cosponsor of H.R. 301, legislation to make permanent the tax cut provisions passed by Congress in 2001 and 2003 including income tax reductions for all taxpayers, reductions in dividend and capital gain tax rates, deductions for state and local sales taxes, deductions for tuition and related expenses and increased expensing for depreciable business assets.
The bill also amends the Internal Revenue Code to reduce individual and corporate income tax rates in taxable years between 2008 and 2014. Read This Bill |
