Most pharmaceutical companies offer free or reduced cost prescription drugs to qualified consumers.
• Partnership for Prescription Assistance: A pharmaceutical-industry-sponsored service that offers a single point of access to more than 475 patient assistance programs, including over 180 programs offered by pharmaceutical companies. • Together Rx Access: A prescription savings program sponsored by 10 pharmaceutical companies. It provides savings on more than 275 brand-name prescription products at the pharmacy counter to eligible patients without prescription coverage. • Medicare: Their website allows seniors to find Medicare prescription drug plans that cover the drugs they require at http://formularyfinder.medicare.gov/formularyfinder/selectstate.asp.
• Pfizer MAINTAIN or Helpful Answers Programs: Programs to help people recently unemployed or without prescription coverage who are currently using Pfizer medicines. These programs may be reached through Pfizer Helpful Answers, a joint program of Pfizer Inc. and the Pfizer Patient Assistance Foundation.
