Work entered must be in the original medium (that is, not a scanned reproduction of a painting or drawing). The winner will have his or her artwork displayed in the Capitol in Washington, D.C., and artwork by the first and second runners up will be put on display in Congressman Posey’s Florida office. First, second and third place winning artwork must be available for the entire year of the exhibition and cannot be returned to the students earlier.
