Congressman Bill Posey (R-Rockledge) issued the following statement recognizing Memorial Day:

“On Memorial Day, we honor the service and commitment of our brave men and women in uniform, and their families, who made the ultimate sacrifice for our great nation. Without their dedication it would not be possible to hold on to our freedoms throughout the years. As we reflect on their sacrifice, and offer prayers for their loved ones, let us also remember our soldiers currently serving our nation here at home and overseas. We owe them all a tremendous debt of gratitude.”
