Congressman Bill Posey (R-Rockledge) released the following statement in regard to today’s federal court ruling declaring the new health care law unconstitutional:

“Since two federal courts have now ruled the new health care law to be unconstitutional, we should postpone further implementation until the U.S. Supreme Court has had a chance to rule,” said Congressman Posey. “States, localities, businesses and individuals will have to spend billions of dollars to comply with a law that may be permanently struck down. The Administration should appeal directly to the Supreme Court so Americans can have this Constitutional questioned answered once and for all in short order.”
